Editing Process

Here is the editing process that I went through while making my short film using Adobe Premiere CS6, as well as the problems that I encountered while making the film.
The major problem that I encountered during editing, was that the sound quality was not very good and a lot of background noise was being picked up in multiple scenes. The way how I fixed this problem as shown on screen, is by using an effect titled "EQ" and played with the settings of that which then changed the audio and removed all of the background noise, however one downside of this feature was that it did make the audio quieter than before.
A major part of the post-production was the green screen effects. As shown in the image above, a portion of the short film was shot in front of a green screen, the reason why this is, is because part of the film needed to look like the character of Zoe is on a computer screen, so the background needed to be on a computer. And this is the before shot...
...And this is after. The way how this was done was by using a feature called "Chroma Key" which erased a certain part of the clip and similar elements, in this case I set it to get rid of green, after that it left a big gap in the video, so I then put in an image to use as a background and that replaced the green.
